1. Check-in and check-out
Check-in starts at 14:00.
Check-out is until 12:00.
Early check-in and late check-out are possible only by prior agreement with the administration and subject to room availability.
At check-in, the guest must provide an identity document. The administration may refuse accommodation if documents are not provided or if the house rules are violated.
2. Payment
Accommodation is paid according to the booking conditions.
A room is considered booked after confirmation and, if required, after prepayment.
In case of early departure, refunds are made according to the booking conditions and the rate used for the reservation.
3. Staying in the room
Only guests listed in the booking or registered at check-in may stay in the room.
Transferring keys, access cards or the room to third parties is prohibited.
Please treat hotel property with care: furniture, appliances, textiles, dishes, plumbing, decor and other room items. If hotel property is damaged or lost, the guest reimburses the cost of the damage.
4. Visitors
Visitors are allowed in the room only by agreement with the administration.
Visitors staying in the room after 18:00 is possible only with the administration’s permission. If necessary, the visitor must be registered as an additional guest.
The administration may refuse access to the hotel territory to people who are not staying at the hotel.
5. Quiet and order
Please respect other guests and keep order in the room, on terraces and in common areas.
From 23:00 to 08:00, loud music, noisy groups, shouting, moving furniture and other actions that disturb other guests are prohibited.
Please note: the mini-hotel is located in an active resort area. Entertainment venues and night clubs are nearby, so city and music noise may occur in the evening and at night and does not depend on the hotel administration.
6. No parties
Parties, noisy events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette parties and other group gatherings in rooms, on terraces or in common areas are prohibited without prior agreement with the administration.
If this rule is violated, the administration may terminate the stay without refund.
7. Smoking
Smoking in rooms is prohibited.
This applies to cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, IQOS, vapes, hookahs and other devices.
Smoking on open terraces is not prohibited, but please do it carefully, do not disturb other guests and do not leave cigarette butts, ash or litter.
An additional fee may be charged for cleaning, dry cleaning and odor removal if smoking occurs in the room.
8. Pets
Our mini-hotel is Pet Friendly.
Staying with pets is possible by prior agreement with the administration and is paid separately.
The guest is fully responsible for the pet, its behavior, cleanliness, possible noise and any damage caused.
If furniture, textiles, doors, walls, floors, appliances or other hotel property are damaged, the guest reimburses the damage in full.
Please do not leave a pet unattended in the room if this may cause noise, disturb other guests or damage property.
9. Safety
For safety reasons, it is prohibited to:
use candles, open fire, fireworks, gas cylinders, heaters and other devices not included in the room equipment;
leave electrical appliances switched on unattended;
store flammable, explosive or toxic substances;
interfere with electrical systems, air conditioners, plumbing, locks, routers or other equipment.
If you notice a malfunction, please inform the administration immediately.
10. Children
Children may stay on the hotel territory only under adult supervision.
Parents or accompanying adults are responsible for children’s safety and for preserving hotel property.
Please pay special attention to children on terraces, stairs, balconies and near windows.
11. Cleaning and cleanliness
Please keep the room and hotel territory clean.
Scheduled cleaning is carried out according to the hotel schedule or by agreement with the administration.
Towels and bed linen are changed according to the accommodation conditions.
It is prohibited to take towels, bathrobes, dishes, decorative items or other hotel property out of the room.
12. Terraces and common areas
Terraces and common areas are intended for guest relaxation.
Please do not leave litter, dishes, personal belongings or food in common areas.
It is prohibited to damage plants, furniture, lighting, decor or other property.
After using a common area, please leave it clean.
13. Parking
The mini-hotel does not have its own parking.
The parking area near the hotel does not belong to the mini-hotel and is paid. The administration is not responsible for cars left there or for belongings left inside cars.
If needed, the administrator can suggest cheaper nearby parking options.
14. Personal belongings
Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings, documents, money, devices and valuables.
Please do not leave valuables unattended.
15. Prohibited on hotel territory
On the territory of the mini-hotel it is prohibited to:
be in a state of severe alcohol or drug intoxication that disturbs order;
insult staff or other guests;
damage hotel property;
create a safety threat;
use the room for purposes other than accommodation;
transfer the room to third parties;
accommodate more guests than stated in the booking;
engage in illegal activity.
16. Responsibility for rule violations
If house rules are violated, the administration has the right to:
issue a warning;
request compensation for damages;
refuse further service;
terminate the stay early without refund if the violation causes discomfort, damage or a safety threat to other guests, staff or hotel property.
